Education
I have a degree in nursing, and worked for about ten years as a registered nurse. However, I am a strong believer in studying on your own. By reading, writing and analyzing what you read, you can learn a tremendous amount. Education does not begin and end in the classroom. For the past twelve years, I have been working as a freelance ghostwriter, writing memoirs and biographies for my clients. The work involves studying history and science, in order to put their lives into perspective for those who read the book.
Experience
I have tutored adults who did not know how to read. I have worked in the public schools, tutoring middle school students in basic math and English. That sort of work is always rewarding.
